A sporadic record of my journey. Why? Hopefully and ultimately to bring Him glory. As Paul Washer said He gets the most glory by freely giving to the most undeserving. So this is an open record of my heart. Ugly as it is, it's the truth. But as we see God's faithfulness and mercy and grace (simultaneously), slowly but surely we'll see Him bringing Himself glory through a most unworthy vessel.

I saw
the beauty of Christ when I realized last night that He felt the full extent of the grief, the agony, the shame that I feel of my sin (& far beyond anything I will ever feel) on the cross so that I wouldn't have to.

May He be praised forever for that! I was talking to a man the other day who said that he had too many sins - he wouldn't want to put that on anybody; and it was wonderful to be able to say, "But He already paid for it all; all you have to do is accept it." May our Savior always keep us close to Him, and never let us forget what He has done for us, and how very, very much He loves us. The more I think about that, the more I just want to laugh and sing and praise His Name! Love you, Jennifer!
